Utah Privacy Notice (UCPA)

This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to residents of Utah under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (Utah Code § 13-61-101 et seq.).

• Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP, account ID).
• Commercial information (vehicles viewed, leads submitted, dealer interactions).
• Internet/network activity (device, browser, referral, session events).
• Geolocation (ZIP / coarse location for search radius).
• Inferences drawn from the above (vehicle preferences, buying intent signals).

To operate the marketplace, generate vehicle valuations, fulfill lead requests to dealers you contact, secure the service, comply with law, and improve the product.

Differ-X does not sell personal data for money. We may share limited identifiers and commercial information with dealer partners to fulfill lead requests you submit, which may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act.

• Right to confirm whether we process your personal data and to access it.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal data.
• Right to delete your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to obtain a portable copy of your personal data.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data and of targeted advertising.
• Right to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights.

Email g@differ-x.com with your request, or use the in-app controls under Account → Privacy. We will verify your identity using information on file before fulfilling sensitive requests. We respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where reasonably necessary.

Utah does not require an appeal process and uses an opt-out (not opt-in) model for sensitive data.
