Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all use of the Differ-X Platform by consumers, dealers, and partners. By accessing the Platform you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to the Terms of Service.

• Posting fraudulent, stolen, salvage-undisclosed, or misrepresented vehicles.
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting inventory, VINs, pricing, or user data without written authorization.
• Reverse-engineering valuation models or attempting to manipulate market spreads.
• Uploading malware, exploits, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Sending unsolicited communications or robocalls in violation of TCPA.
• Discriminatory practices in lending, pricing, or vehicle availability.
• Circumventing rate limits, authentication, or paywalls.

• All listings must reflect current, available inventory with accurate mileage and condition.
• "Bait-and-switch" pricing or undisclosed mandatory add-ons are prohibited.
• Lead responses must occur within the SLA window set in your dealer agreement.

We may investigate, suspend, throttle, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP without prior notice. Repeat or egregious violations may be referred to law enforcement and state DMV regulators.

Report violations to abuse@differ-x.com with URLs, VINs, and supporting evidence.
