Electronic Signature & Records Consent (E-SIGN)

By creating an account or transacting on Differ-X, you consent under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and applicable state laws (including UETA) to receive all communications, agreements, disclosures, notices, and records electronically.

• Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and amendments thereto.
• Receipts, invoices, billing notices, and tax forms.
• Service announcements, security alerts, and dispute notices.
• Dealer agreements, addenda, and SLA updates.

You need a current web browser, an active email account, internet access, and the ability to read and store PDF documents. A device capable of rendering encrypted TLS connections is required for any signed documents.

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing g@differ-x.com. Withdrawal will not affect the legal validity of records provided before withdrawal and may result in termination of your account, because the Platform cannot operate without electronic delivery.

You may request a paper copy of any electronic record by writing to g@differ-x.com. A reasonable fee may apply.
