Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

1. All Sales Are Final (No-Refund Policy)

Differ-X sells access to digital information, including vehicle data, market insights, seller contact details, and lead unlocks. Because this information is delivered instantly and consumed upon access, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:

  • Monthly and annual dealer subscriptions
  • Per-lead and per-vehicle unlock purchases
  • VIN reports and valuation reports
  • Any add-on, upgrade, or one-time digital purchase

By completing checkout you expressly acknowledge that the digital content is made available immediately, waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right to the maximum extent permitted by law, and agree that no refund will be issued for unused time, unviewed leads, or change of mind.

2. Consumer Accounts

Consumer use of the Differ-X marketplace is free. No charges are assessed for searching inventory, requesting valuations, or submitting leads.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel any subscription at any time from the dealer portal billing page.
  • Cancellation stops future billing only. It does not refund the current or prior periods.
  • You retain access to subscription features through the end of the paid period.

4. Plan Changes

Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated and charged immediately. Downgrades take effect on the next renewal date. Amounts already paid are not refunded.

5. Limited Exceptions

We will issue a refund only in the following limited cases, in our sole discretion:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges caused by a verified technical error.
  • Unauthorized charges resulting from confirmed account fraud.
  • Where a refund is required by applicable law and cannot lawfully be waived.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Disputed Charges

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact billing@differ-x.com within 30 days of the invoice. We investigate in good faith and respond within 10 business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.

7. Failed Payments

Accounts with failed payments enter a 7-day grace period. After that, listings are paused and lead delivery is suspended until payment is restored. No refund is owed for time during which service was suspended for non-payment.
