Montana Privacy Notice (MCDPA)

This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to residents of Montana under the Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act (Mont. Code § 30-14-2801 et seq.).

• Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP, account ID).
• Commercial information (vehicles viewed, leads submitted, dealer interactions).
• Internet/network activity (device, browser, referral, session events).
• Geolocation (ZIP / coarse location for search radius).
• Inferences drawn from the above (vehicle preferences, buying intent signals).

To operate the marketplace, generate vehicle valuations, fulfill lead requests to dealers you contact, secure the service, comply with law, and improve the product.

Differ-X does not sell personal data for money. We may share limited identifiers and commercial information with dealer partners to fulfill lead requests you submit, which may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under the Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal data and of targeted advertising.

• Right to confirm whether we process your personal data and to access it.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal data.
• Right to delete your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to obtain a portable copy of your personal data.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data and of targeted advertising.
• Right to limit processing of sensitive personal data; we will not process sensitive data without your opt-in consent.
• Right to appeal a denial of your rights request within 45 days.
• Right to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights.
